If you are planning to join us for a Greenhaven hosted weekend,
a $25 deposit is required to save your spot. If you are renting Green Haven retreat for your own date, a $200 deposit is required.

At this time we do not accept credit cards, but we will gladly accept personal checks made out to Green Haven Retreat.

Green Haven Retreat is your home for the weekend, and you will have access to the scrapbooking work area 24 hours a day while you are here. One of our hostesses will greet you upon arrival and be available by phone during your stay here. Check-in/Check-out times will be determined based on an individual retreat date basis. You will be notified a week before your retreat date of the times. You will never have to check out before 11 AM or check in later than 3 PM; however, it might be possible to check in earlier or check out later (based on occupancy).

Cancellations

A full refund of any money paid will be paid if the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat date. If you cancel your retreat date with less than 90 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit, unless we find a replacement. If a replacement is found we will gladly apply your deposit to a future retreat date.
